Order Processing
We strive to process all orders promptly! Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. You will receive an email notification within 2 days confirming that your order is on its way.
Local Delivery
We currently offer local delivery in Maryland. To check eligibility:
- Enter your shipping address at checkout.
- Select the available shipping option.
- Click "Continue to Shipping."
If the local delivery option does not appear, your order is not eligible for local delivery at this time.
International Shipping
At this moment, we do not process international orders. We appreciate your understanding!
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:
- Return Window: You may return unused items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery.
- Refunds: We will issue a full refund minus return shipping costs once the item is received and inspected.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our store location.
